State Campaign for Queensland
Due to the Australian Constitution and delegation of governance to individual states, it is possible that individual state governments may completely ignore any federally introduced legislation requiring them to adhere to a national modification framework, therefore state governments must be contacted to ascertain their commitment to adopt a federally managed national modification framework.

Contact the Queensland State Premier, Opposition Leader and Transport Ministers in the above table to advise you are disheartened by the state’s mismanagement and misalignment of vehicle modification legislation and standards, and that you want them to handover responsibility of these functions to the federal government, where they will be developed and managed in consultation with key automotive, aftermarket and community interest groups.
